Description
The spelt for this whole meal flour is grown biodynamically. For years, the farming family has opted for fixed grain varieties. This crop naturally has good resistance to diseases and pests and can produce fertile seed on its own. After the harvest, a small portion of the grain is kept aside as seed for the next growing season, which allows the farmer to remain independent year after year. The rest goes to the Spielberger Mill, where the millers grind whole grains.
