Organic Bulks supplies food products on a pre‑order basis. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
All products are food items supplied on a pre‑order basis.
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 5–10 working days.
Minimum order value: €60.
Local delivery is available for orders over €60 within 25km of Dunlavin, typically on Thursdays or Fridays, including Kilcullen, Baltinglass, Blessington, Naas, Newbridge.
Refrigerated items are shipped at the customer’s own risk.
Some food items may become unavailable after ordering due to high order volumes.
If an item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for that product.
Consumers: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. The statutory 14‑day withdrawal right does not apply to food products which may spoil or expire quickly.
Business Customers: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. No statutory withdrawal right applies.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Consumers: The customer may cancel any order. May return food items but the customer is liable for shipping costs.
Business Customers: The customer may cancel any order. Returns accepted by prior agreement.
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Consumers: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Business Customers: Payment terms may be agreed separately.
Liability limited only to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for deterioration of food products due to improper storage after delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Organic Bulks supplies food products only.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Returns: Although food products are exempt from the statutory 14‑day cancellation right, Organic Bulks allows customers to return any order under our Returns and Refunds Policy. Customers will be liable for shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We will replace or refund affected items.
Unavailable Products: If a food item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Returns by Agreement: Returns accepted by prior agreement. Customers are liable for shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods: Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with evidence. Refunds or replacements at our discretion.
