Description
Since 1982, Joannusmolen has been passionately processing the finest organic grains. The gluten-free lentil flour is made from dried ground red lentils, which have not yet been cooked. Lentil flour is particularly rich in protein, fiber and has a rich full flavour. Delicious for baking Indian papadums, for example, but also suitable for mixing with other flours for both sweet and savory dishes.
