Mature cheese from Bastiaansen. The cheese for Bastiaansen cheese comes from 59 Dutch farmers, who together form a cooperative and are co-owners of Bastiaansen. Due to this construction, the farmers have co-responsibility for the quality of the cheese, which of course only benefits the taste of Bastiaansen. Delicious on a luxury sandwich with rocket, but also fine melting cheese for a grilled cheese sandwich, for example.
