In Molenschot in Brabant, you will find the Bastiaansen cheese factory. Every day, the most delicious cheeses are made from grass milk. The goats spend more time outside than average in a meadow full of grasses, clovers, herbs and flowers. This ensures the most delicious milk and therefore cheese. This young matured goat cheese has a ripening process of 8 weeks, which means that the cheese has developed more flavour, but is still wonderfully soft in structure. Slightly spicy and therefore perfectly balanced with the smooth dairy.
