The goats spend more time outside than average in a meadow full of grasses, clovers, herbs and flowers. This ensures the most delicious milk and therefore cheese. This matured goat cheese is enriched with the subtle flavour of nettle and garlic. This results in a unique, aromatic cheese with a perfect balance between spiciness and creaminess. The cheese has matured for at least 16 weeks, which means that the flavours of the herbs are perfectly absorbed into the cheese. Delicious on a sandwich or with drinks.
