Description
The estate cheese is named after Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love. This name is more than deserved by the cheese! A combination of typical Greek flavours give this young cheese a strong, spicy flavour that will seduce you too! The milk comes from cows that can graze on unsprayed meadows and is produced on the banks of the Linge in the Betuwe.
