The spiral shape holds sauces well, making it an ideal pasta to combine with a hearty sauce or fresh dressing. Made by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation. Pasta dough is pressed in bronze molds for an artisanal texture and then dried at a low temperature for optimum flavour and nutrients. Real artisanal Italian pasta!
