This macaroni is made from the best Sicilian durum wheat by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation. The durum wheat is ground into semolina in 28 steps. The semolina is processed into pasta dough within 24 hours, which is then pressed in bronze molds for an artisanal texture. Finally, the macaroni is dried at a low temperature for optimum flavor and nutrients. Real artisanal Italian pasta!
