This special spaghetti is made with organic spelt, which gives it a nutty flavour and rich texture. Perfect to combine with light sauces, pesto or vegetables. Made by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation. Pasta dough is pressed in bronze molds for an artisanal texture and then dried at a low temperature for optimum flavour and nutrients.
