This tagliatelle is made from the finest Sicilian durum wheat with egg, which gives the pasta a rich, soft texture. The egg enhances the flavor of the pasta, making it perfect for use in classic Italian dishes with, for example, creamy mushroom sauce or pesto. Made by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation. The pasta dough is pressed into bronze molds for an artisanal texture and then dried at a low temperature for optimum flavor and nutrients. Real artisanal Italian pasta!
