This tagliatelle is made from the finest Sicilian durum wheat with egg, which gives the pasta a rich, soft texture. The egg enhances the flavor of the pasta, making it perfect for use in classic Italian dishes with, for example, creamy mushroom sauce or pesto. Made by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation.
