This spaghetti is made from the finest Sicilian durum wheat by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation. Perfect for classic Italian dishes such as Pasta Aglio e Olio. Durum wheat is milled into semolina in 28 steps. The semolina is processed into pasta dough within 24 hours, which is then pressed in bronze molds for an artisanal texture. Finally, the spaghetti is dried at a low temperature for optimum flavor and nutrients. Real artisanal Italian pasta!
