Description
Udon noodles are made from 100% wheat. They have a slightly flatter shape than, for example, soba noodles. It is a delicious Japanese spaghetti that fits well in the European kitchen. Delicious as a light lunch (for example in miso soup), in combination with seaweed and stewed (green) vegetables and with shiitake or nuts.
