This tricolore conchiglie is made from the best Sicilian durum wheat, enriched with spinach and tomato for a beautiful color and improved flavor. Made by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation. The shape of the pasta allows it to hold sauces well. Durum wheat is ground into semolina in 28 steps. The semolina is processed into pasta dough within 24 hours, which is then pressed in bronze molds for an artisanal texture. Finally, the conchiglie is dried at a low temperature for optimal flavor and nutrients. Real artisanal Italian pasta!
