This fusilli is made with Timilia, an ancient Sicilian grain known for its rich aroma and natural durability. This unique grain brings a full, earthy flavor to every bite, perfect paired with fresh vegetables and creamy sauces. Made by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation, the grain is milled into semolina in 28 steps. Within 24 hours, the semolina is processed into pasta dough, which is then pressed in bronze molds for an artisanal texture. Finally, the fusilli is dried at a low temperature for optimal flavor and nutrients. Real artisanal Italian pasta!
