Description
The grain of the round brown rice absorbs a lot of moisture and becomes creamy when cooked. Delicious as a base for risotto or sushi, for example. Use approximately 75 g per person. Rinse the rice. Add twice the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it cook for 45 minutes. Storage advice: store cool, dry and well sealed.
