Description
To be used for the famous barley porridge. Furthermore, barley can be used just like rice or risotto. Preparation: Soak 120 grams of barley in 850 ml of water overnight. Then boil the barley in the soaking water for 20 minutes on a medium heat. Then add salt and let it soak for another 3 hours in the warm water. Depending on the recipe, drain or use the water.
