Description
Basmati rice has the longest grain of rice of all types and has a full aroma and taste. Only the outer, indigestible chaff has been removed. The membrane with many valuable nutrients is therefore still there. Use about 75 g per person. Rinse the rice. Add 2 times the amount of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
