The Damse cheese factory was founded in 1989 on a centuries-old farm in Damme, in the polders around Bruges. What started as a hobby became a real passion. The cheeses with natural rinds have been their calling card from the start. This Damse brie is a soft white mold cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk and seasoned with black pepper.
