Description
The rice for this whole wheat flour is grown in a biodynamic way and matured in the warm Italian sun. Rice is a swamp plant and must be submerged with its roots. Because the biodynamic farmers work cleanly in conjunction with nature, water and soil also remain clean. The biodynamic rice fields can thus develop into a lively landscape with frogs, egrets and other flora and fauna. Spielberger obtains the ground rice directly from an Italian mill.
