Description
Ekoplaza coconut oil is a good choice for baking, roasting, stir-frying and frying (max. 160°C). This coconut oil is unhardened, but has a solid form because it solidifies at room temperature. This means that the coconut oil can also be used on bread as a substitute for butter. Ekoplaza coconut oil comes from coconut palms from plantations in the Philippines and Sri Lanka.
