For colorful, cheerful cake decorations and for coloring icing, marzipan, cake and pastry fillings, creams, desserts, ice creams, jelly dishes and drinks or smoothies. Let your ideas and whims run wild! As an easy-to-dose powder. Vegan and gluten free. Free from extracts, aromas or chemical dyes. Soluble in water. Simply more (color) fun when baking. Dosage: Stir powder until desired color intensity with 1 tablespoon of water. (For green 2 tablespoons). Then let it rest for 5 minutes so that the powder can fully develop its colours. Stir well again and incorporate drop by drop into the mass until the desired color shade is achieved. Coloring foods can noticeably change color in some foods.
