Description
Pure vegetable gelling agent for firm meat jellies and pies, tasty marmalades, cake couverture, vegetable jelly or slicable food. The perfect alternative to animal gelatin. Preparation: Agar agar gelling product following the dosing instructions, stir in the cold liquid, boil and let it cook lightly for 2 min while stirring. For cold substances: Stir 2 g of gelling product BIO agar with 100 ml of cold liquid in a small pot, boil and allow to cook for 1 min. Allow to cool slightly, then gradually add the cold ingredients and stir. Preferably not the other way around.
