An English blue cheese with a creamy dairy, with a spicy taste. This “king of English cheeses” owes its intense taste to the five months maturation and the addition of “Penicilium Glaucum”. Blue Stilton comes from the regions of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
