Description
Gluten-free Organic Banana Flour from Your Organic Nature is made from unripe green plantains. The flour has a neutral taste because the unripe plantain has a much lower sugar content than regular yellow bananas. Because of the neutral taste you can go in all directions with this flour! Plantain flour contains more resistant starch (RS2) or good carbohydrates that are directly absorbed in the large intestine. This has a positive effect on the intestinal flora. USE: The advice is to use approx. 40% to 60% as a substitute for a 1-on-1 replacement of another type of flour. For 100g of flour or flower in the original recipe, use 60g of organic banana flour. Banana flour has moisture-binding properties and provides structure.
