Description
Vialone nano is considered by the Italians in particular as the rice par excellence for making the tastiest risottos: it guarantees a creamy risotto due to the high starch content of the grains. The grain is a semi fine grain, which means that it is medium-long, despite the round shape. Vialone nano is not only used for making risotto, the rice is also very suitable for (clear) fish & vegetable soups with rice and richer full meal soups with, for example, borlotti beans.
