Your Organic Nature quinoa flour is made in Bolivia. To remove the naturally occurring sapinin, it is first washed and then milled in the Netherlands. Quinoa is the perfect substitute for gluten-containing flours in baking recipes. It is a good source of carbohydrates and has a slightly nutty flavour. This makes quinoa flour extremely suitable for preparing various dishes such as bread, pastries and rolls.
