Description
This mozzarella is made from biodynamic hay milk. This means that the cows’ feeding plan is adapted to the seasons: in the summer the cows eat pasture grass from herb-rich grassland and in the winter they eat hay. They do not eat fermented feed. This milk is collected separately and processed into this deliciously creamy mozzarella.
