Description
Kasha is peeled and roasted buckwheat. You can cook kasha and then mix it with beaten egg or use it as an alternative to rice. However, kasha can also be eaten pure, through yoghurt and muesli. Use 75 g p.p. and add 2x the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 15 min.
