Description
Couscous is a carbohydrate-rich grain product that is especially popular in North Africa. Use the couscous warm with vegetables and meat, or cold in a salad. Use about 60 g per person and pour boiling water over the couscous until it is submerged. After 5 minutes of covering, the couscous is nice and dry and crumbly and ready to use.
