Description
A typical Moroccan grain, which is easy to prepare. You only need to add boiling water to about 60 grams of couscous per person. Make sure the couscous is just under water, let it stand for 5 minutes in a closed bowl or pan and loosen with a fork. Delicious with all kinds of additions, but definitely add something sweet (such as raisins or pieces of apricot), a deliciously fresh combination!
