Couscous from GreenAge is made from the best quality Italian durum (hard) wheat. Versatile base for salads & tagines and even pastries! Couscous is in fact pasta. Very fine pasta then. And actually created out of pure necessity: due to the property that Mediterranean wheat varieties have, namely that they are “durum” or, hard. Very hard.
