Description
The grain of brown rice cooks nicely dry and is excellent as a base for rice dishes. Use about 75 g per person. Rinse the rice. Add twice the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it cook for 45 minutes. Storage advice: store cool, dry and well sealed.
