Description
The grain of long brown rice cooks nicely dry and is excellent as a base for side dishes. Use about 75 grams per person. Rinse the rice. Add twice the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it cook for 45 minutes. Storage advice: store cool, dry and well sealed.
