Description
The oats for this whole meal flour are grown biodynamically, mainly in southern Germany. But also in neighboring European countries such as Austria, Hungary, Poland or the Czech Republic. The mill has been working with some of these farmers for more than 50 years. This crop naturally has good resistance to diseases and pests and can produce fertile seed on its own. After the harvest, a small part of the grain is kept aside as seed for the next growing season, which allows the farmer to remain independent year after year. The rest goes to the Spielberger Mill, where the millers grind whole grains. Tasty, wholesome and vital flour from close to nature.
