Description
The grains for this multigrain flour are grown biodynamically. For years, the farming family has opted for fixed grain varieties. These crops naturally have good resistance to diseases and pests and can produce fertile seed on their own. After the harvest, a small portion of the grain is kept aside as seed for the next growing season, which allows the farmer to remain independent year after year. The rest goes to the Spielberger Mill, where the millers grind whole grains. Tasty, wholesome and vital flour from close to nature.
