This special Gigli is made with 100% organic spelt, which gives it a nutty flavour and firm texture. The flower shape of the pasta ensures that rich sauces bind well to the pasta. Made by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation. Pasta dough is pressed in bronze molds for an artisanal texture and then dried at a low temperature for optimum flavour and nutrients.
