Description
Capellini is a very fine, very thin spaghetti type that Italians often eat cold in the summer when temperatures are warm. Also delicious with a light tomato sauce, cheese sauce or a seafood sauce. This pasta is made using bronze molds and dried at a low temperature, between 50 and 60°C. A truly authentic pasta!
