In Molenschot in Brabant, you will find the Bastiaansen cheese factory. Every day, the most delicious cheeses are made from grass milk. The goats spend more time outside than average in a meadow full of grasses, clovers, herbs and flowers. This ensures the most delicious milk and therefore cheese. This young goat cheese has matured for at least 4 weeks and has a very mild flavour with a pleasant sourness. Delicious in toasted sandwiches, omelettes, on pizza and with potato gratin.
