Description
To produce the delicious La BIO IDEA tomato products, a lot of tomatoes are needed (about 1.5 kg of fresh, selected round tomatoes is needed for 700 grams of passata.) The tomatoes are grown in the south of Italy (Puglia, Campania, Molise) and in part of northern Italy (Emilia Romagna). Passata is extremely suitable as a base for tomato sauce or soup.
