Description
Place the desired amount of dried porcini mushrooms in a heatproof dish. 10-20 grams of dried mushrooms are equal to 100-200 grams of fresh mushrooms. Pour at least 100 ml of boiling water into the dish for every 10 grams of dried porcini mushrooms. The soaking takes about 30-60 minutes. If the soaked mushrooms still need to be cooked for the further process, 15 minutes is sufficient.
