Description
In Molenschot in Brabant, you will find the Bastiaansen cheese factory. Every day, the most delicious cheeses are made from grass milk. The goats spend more time outside than average in a meadow full of grasses, clovers, herbs and flowers. This ensures the most delicious milk and therefore cheese. This special cheese is a combination of a traditional Gouda recipe for goat cheese with the French roquefort mould. The result? A fresh and mild blue-veined cheese. The cheese has a maturing process of 10 weeks, which allows the mould to develop well in the flavour.
