Square cubes of dark chocolate with 72% cocoa, filled with caramel with salted butter. This homemade caramel is prepared with organic cane sugar, organic cream and a pinch of Guerande salt. Smooth as it should be. Very tasty to snack on yourself, but also nice to give. All cocoa used by Belvas is fully traceable to the four partner cooperatives in Peru and Santo-Domingo.
