You can taste their passion in their (h)onest homemade organic products. The mècorino is made according to the recipe that was developed by Marianne herself. The fenugreek is added to the curd, which gives the cheese a light walnut flavor. The creamy mècorino fenugreek can be eaten very well on toast, or mixed through a salad. The cheese is vegetarian rennet.
