Description
Sea moss is a small red seaweed with a spongy structure. This special seaweed is harvested by hand on the coast of Galicia. This dried variety has a nice crunchy structure. The taste is salty and sulphureous with a savory aroma. With sea moss you have endless possibilities: use it cooked in salads, scrambled eggs, soups and creams, you can bake it or use it caramelized to make jelly, sauces, jam and desserts.
