Description
Our risotto rice is of the Arborio type. This is the most famous risotto rice that originally comes from Italy. Arborio risotto rice is slightly sticky and round in shape. Particularly suitable for making delicious risotto. Use approximately 75 g per person. Add 3 times the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it simmer gently for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. For risotto: Fry the rice in oil or butter for a few minutes. Add 3x the amount of stock in small portions while stirring in about 30 minutes. Wait in between each time until the stock has been absorbed. Storage advice: store in a cool, dry place and well sealed.
