Description
Quinoa is a great substitute for rice, pasta or potatoes. It has a nutty flavour and comes from the Andes. Use about 75 g p.p and add twice as much water or stock. Then let it simmer for 10 minutes and after cooking let it stand covered for another 10 minutes.
