Our organic pearl spelt from farmer Ale Havenga from Kloosterburen is from the “Oberkulmer Rotkorn” variety. Spelt is often refined, which means that it sometimes contains up to 100% wheat. We don’t think that’s fair. There are only a few 100% pure natural spelt varieties left worldwide. Oberkulmer Rotkorn is one of them.
