Montello is a classic Italian hard cheese. Montello is made from pasteurized cow’s milk from cows near Vicenza in Northern Italy. The hard cheese has matured for a total of 9 months. Montello is a very tasty vegetarian cheese and therefore a good alternative for pasta dishes.
