Description
Kasha is peeled and roasted buckwheat. You can cook kasha and then mix it with beaten egg or use it as an alternative to rice. However, kasha can also be eaten pure, with yoghurt and muesli. Use 75 g per person and add 2x the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 15 min.
